Ingredients 

  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or 1 tablespoon of Stevia
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 dash of cayenne pepper

  • Combine all ingredients, stir and enjoy!
