1 lb ground beef 2-3 tablespoons grape seed oil 1 small onion, minced 3 tablespoons cumin 2 tablespoons chili powder 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) 1/2 cup water 1 8 oz can black olives, drained (optional) 1 red or yellow pepper, sliced 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
chopped cilantro (optional) 1/2 cup salsa salad greens
In a skillet, brown beef and onions in grape seed oil.
Add seasonings and water and simmer.
On a bed of greens, spoon ground beef mixture.
Layer with red peppers, avocado, olives, salsa. ENJOY!
